Rimmel London “Stay Matte ” Powder -review!

giphy (23)Hello, my darlings! How are you all doing? It’s finally getting a little cooler here, and I can’t be happier about it. So today I want to talk about one of the most beloved drugstore face powders out there and my thoughts about it. The Rimmel London “Stay Matte” Powder, if you haven’t heard about it then you are living under a rock. After almost every”Beauty Guru” was talking about it I decided to give it a try for a whole month, just use this powder as my setting one and see for myself is it worth the hype or not.

My thoughts

The Formula: 3/52000px-3_stars.svg

IMG_20180807_111411_789Okay, so it has a scent..and, not a pleasant one. It smells like a cheap laundry detergent, is it too harsh? Maybe, but I just can’t with it. Another surprising thing that I didn’t expect is the powder has very fine glitter in it and I don’t know how to fell about it. It does stay matte on the face for 4/5 h without retouch, that’s pretty cool.

Shade: 4/5

I have it in shade  001 transparent, and it looks good on me. Nothing really to say about this particular shade. It goes on translucent, I like it!

Overall: 3,5/5 stars

Maybe my expectations were too high or this powder isn’t for me, but I’m not blown away. It’s average, plus I do have a big problem with scented powders and it is very scented. It does the job, but I do prefer my essence matt maker better.

Tell me in the comments, Have you tried this powder? Did you like it?

That’s it from me

Till next time
