Hello,My Darlings! How are you all doing? Hope this week was amazing for you. Today I want to finally bring to you my “Function of Beauty” Shampoo and Conditioner review. If you didn’t know I got this set for my birthday(as a gift from my lovely friend Alina). You can find my unboxing/first impression here .Definitely read this one first then come back to this one.So let’s dive into it!
My Profile :
Hair type – curly, medium length, oily type.
Hair Goals – Fix split ends,colour protection,straighten,deep condition,hydrate
Fragrance – milk(shea)ke
How long did it last?
I started to use it in the middle of October, and I wash my hair every other day. So it did last for two and a half months, pretty good in my mind.
Quality of my hair after using it for a month?
The first week it wasn’t the best(it was weirdly dry), but after that, it got much much better. I DON’T HAVE ANY SPLIT END (and I didn’t get a haircut in the period of using this shampoo and conditioner) so that’s amazing. I found my hair didn’t get oily as much while using this shampoo, and it did get back to get extra oily when I switched shampoos. It did make my hair more manageable.
Is it worth it?
A week ago I would say no, now switching back to a “normal” shampoo I can totally say it is worth it! I can see the difference and it’s a big one. With my “normal” shampoo I can see my scalp is getting oilier then with “Function of Beauty” shampoo and conditioner, and my hair quality overall was better before going back to the “normal” shampoo. Definitely would encourage you to try for yourself, just use a coupon (you can find tons of them on the internet) so it will be a little bit cheaper. It is expensive ,but I did really like it.
