A Dance with the Fae Prince by Elise Kova(Book Review)-Blogtober day 9

55688537. sx318

She knew her hand in marriage would be sold. She had no idea a fae prince was the buyer.

Katria swore she’d never fall in love. She’s seen what “love” means through the cruelty of her family. So when she’s married off to the mysterious Lord Fenwood for a handsome price, all Katria wants is a better life than the one she’s leaving. Feelings are off the table.

But her new husband makes not falling in love difficult.

As their attraction begins to grow, so too do the oddities within her new life: strange rules, screams in the night, and attacks by fae that Katria never thought were real. When she witnesses a ritual not meant for human eyes, Katria finds herself spirited away to the land of Midscape.

Surviving the fae wilds as a human is hard enough. Katria must survive as a human who accidently pilfered the magic of ancient kings – magic a bloodthirsty king is ready to kill her for in order to keep his stolen throne – and her new husband is the rightful heir in hiding.

The power to save the fae is in her hands. But who will save her from a love she vowed never to feel?

The story– 3/5

Setting of the book– 4/5

Smexy Times?– Not really

This is the second book in the Married to Magic series. You can read each book on it’s own, loved the first book so I had high hopes…but,I’m disappointed…The first one was waaaay better. So the story was okay, but the romance between our couple was non-existing…like I didn’t feel it at all. Is it worth reading? Yes! Was it the best ook ever and I would recommend it for everyone I see(like the first book)? No. Overall it was okay.

First Impression

5/5 stars

I got it in a box sealed(as a gift from my dear friend Alina), we opened this together and everything was fine in the box. Nothing came broken and that’s amazing! In the set Alina got for me, you get Shampoo and Conditioner 236.6 ml(8 Fl Oz) each, two pumps, stickers to customize your bottles(I have already done that, you can clearly see it in the pictures) ,a hand mirror(as an extra gift),a pamphlet with the information(like the formula and ingredients) and a little card with good wishes from Alina. Visually I liked how it looks, the quality of the packaging is pretty good.

Texture and Quality

4/5 stars

shampoo and Conditioner

I have not yet washed my hair with this set but from ingredients and the consistency of products, I like it(for now, of course, let’s see how I like it after a month of using). I really like the color, it’s my favorite shade of pink(bubble pink) and the scent is very vanilla.

From my first impressions, I’m very impressed! I can’t wait to use it and see if it’s worth the money and hype. Because let’s be real, the hype is real, Let’s see how I feel about it after a month.
